Sick from eating after starving

So, I'm not saying I  necessarily have an eating disorder, although I have always had a mental block, and sometimes just can't eat, I've kind of just had my life taken away from me, and after being more or less mentally panicking for a couple of years, I just didn't want food any more. After about the first four days I started feeling really bad for my boyfriend, and ate the little handful of taco meat and peppers I had promised to eat. After about an hour I felt sick, and it all vacated me through the behind.
I've made sure to drink lots of water, since I figured that's why I cold sweat constantly, and I'm not trying to kill myself, I just never get hungry any more.

Something with a lot of spice and acidity such a taco meat and peppers is especially harsh after not eating or starving because your stomach becomes more sensative. The body''s digestive system is smart. It adapts to starvation by changing  (I'm not a doctor so I don't have a medical explaination) but the enzymes, stomach acid, etc is constantly changing in order to utilize the nutrients you're putting in your body. Starvation shuts down the metabolism in order to save energy. Then, if you eat something that is harder to digest (protein, sodium, fat) your digestive system can't handle it. If you find yourself in a situation where you have starved, the first thing to graduate from nothing is probably fruit juice, then fruits and vegetables, legumes, nuts, grains, then onto the things that are the most complex for your body to process like meat and dairy. I hope this helps explain.
Also, eating disorders mean disordered eating. It doesn't have to be caused by an obsession with food. If you have something else that is mentally affecting your eating habits, it is still disordered eating.

Sometimes I don't want to eat, but once I start to I realize that I am actually hungry. Just try to eat something, even if it's just a little, like an apple or some toast.
