Weight Loss?

by goodgardenpeas28, Sep 01, 2008 09:18AM
I am just recovering from 4 years as a bulimic and have gained tons of weight. I am currently at about 200 lbs and only 5' 3". I hate the way I look and cant seem to stop eating when I'm not hungry. Is there anything I can do to get down to a normal weight that wont put be back iinto an eating disorder? I'm constantly hungry and feel like I have no self control. It could be the medication I'm on that made me gain some of the weight but the rest must be from over eating. I have been contemplating taking up smoking just to lose weight.

If you don't mind me asking, what medication is it?
