Weight loss program

I am 60 lbs overweight, currently taking Byetta shots, and have lost 12 lbs in 5 mos.  I am on Lexapro and Wellbutrin, what would you suggest would be the very best weight loss program for me?  I am considering the lap band as my BMI is 35, considered obese.
