Why do I feel this way about myself?

why is it that when I look at old pictures of myself I look so thin but in my memory I felt so fat? and it's the same thing now I feel fat but everyone sais I could blow away in a breeze?

I think its because you had and have a distorted view of yourself,often comes with an eating disorder,you have help?Lily
