Since you have had years of anorexia, these aches and pains can be due to low iron, hemoglobin, vitamin B12, vitamin D or electrolyte deficiency. Please ask your doctors to test for this. Since you have started eating (and kudos for that!), slowly increase your physical activity level. Start slow so that you do not tire easily. This will also help build your stamina. Eat healthy so that adequate nutrients reach your body. Do discuss this with your doctor. Take care!
