Why my weight still the same??

my weight is 120 pounds and im trying to gain more weight..
the problem is no matter how much i eat my weight is still the same..
is it because of my food or my body?

Probably a little bit of both. Some people have metabolisms that just make it hard to gain weight. You might talk to your doctor and get a referral to a nutritionist who can design a diet that will be healthy and allow you to put on weight. It also couldn't hurt to check your thyroid just to make sure it isn't causing you problems, especially if you have actually been losing weight.
