Worried - can dieting lead to serious eating disorder?

I'm sixteen and I'm on a diet at the moment, which consists of eating a little less than what I would consider normal (basically, calorie control) and taking three to four Adios pills a day. These Adios pills contain active natural ingredients such as butternut and dandelion root. They are supposed to increase metabolism, and I suppose they have done this, but I'm starting to feel sick after eating meals - so much so that if I eat lunch I simply cannot face dinner, and it was never my intention to skip meals but I've not had dinner in four days.
My breakfasts have been small, consisting ofof half a glass of milk or a small brioche roll or a banana. I feel ill and from 9am until about 2pm I am sickly satisfied - I then have a sandwhich or some pasta and feel so sickened by more meals to eat more.
I am satisfied with the weight loss procedure but I don't wish to suffer from bulemia or annorexia (anorexia).

I'm from the UK and am a size 8 to 10 (about USA size six I suppose) and before taking the pills I weighed just under nine stone. About five days later I've lost about four pounds, but it varies.
I want to be thinner and more toned, but really don't want to suffer from a condition in the future.

How can I reach and maintain my target without plummeting to drastic measures?

i'd be very careful about any extreme dieting you're doing. what you're doing at the moment sounds a little to extreme to be maintained healthily. i've been bulimic for 7 years & before i became bulimic i was crash dieting similarly to what you describe. i would lower caloric intake, take stacker 3's and zantrex diet pills...it quickly turns into a vicious cycle that can ultimately lead you to where i am.

i'm 18 and TRYING to recover from my bulimia. my esophageal sphincter is badly damaged. i no longer have the ability to keep myself from throwing my food up. i've been in treatment for 5 years and i continue to struggle.

i would caution you away from any extreme dieting. good luck <3
