always thinking about it

My disorder might not be one, but if you can help I would appreciate it!! My day starts with me looking forward to breakfast. Once I'm done with breakfast I desire lunch! Once I have lunch I want dinner. I'm not over weight, because I make myself wait. But is this normal to never stop thinking about food? I,feel so fat the way I think! I,want to stop thinking of it all of the time. Please help! Thanks

Plan your meals and even cook them ahead of time so you don't have to think about it, you just eat what was planned.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
Well, it is quite possible that you are a foodie-that is you love food. There is no harm in looking ahead for your meals but it should not disrupt your daily activities. Try and keep your self distracted and busy with activities you like. If this does not help you, then please consult a therapist. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.
