bulimia with anesthesia
Dr. -  I have a check up coming.  if i tell the fam dr. I have a problem with bulimia, will they make me get help?  Because I'm not ready.  Also, does anesthesia while bulimic have any risks if I don't tell them i have an ed?  Thats a choice on my pre admission form.

Nobody can force you to get treatment, so you are much better off letting your doctor know, especially if having surgery, because bulimia, depending on the severity, can significantly, and dangerously, effect your body chemistry.  If you are not ready for treatment, at least read my book, shrinkyourself, to see if you can start helping yourself.
