chest pain

Hello ive had this horrible chest pain since about midnight im pretty certian is gasses but know it has gone up to my thrght and neck. I just ruches to the farmacie and purchased some gas x ( simethicone) to  see if it helps , but i took the pills about 20 minutes ago and is still pretyy bad. Iam starting to worry pleae help. Could this chect a throught pain be from the gases?
