depo weird symtoms(symptoms)???

this is my 2nd depo shot lately i have been feeling sick everyime i eat sometimes i get adomial cramps and it hurts so
bad sumtimes that the pain goes down my leg and i get headaches i dont know if this is symtoms (symptoms) of the shot or if its sumthing else does any one know what this could be?

If you are not eating enough and or under nourished that will cause these symtoms (symptoms).
