im 17 and last year i hit a time when i was going through a lot of stress. i began to eat a lot less very sundenly an enjoyed feeling hungry but hated feeling full. when i was full i felt so discusting. it got so extreme that i only ate when i felt like i was going to pass out which would be half to 1 meal a day and everytime i ate i would go out and walk for hours because the idea of having food inside me made me feel so horrible. this went on for about 4 months but then my mum became do stressed from worrying about me i began to eat a little more each day, but got some weird eating habits like having food in certain places on the plate ready to be eaten in my special orderand no food can be mixed together i have to eat it all separatly. lately its all started again and im eating around one meal a day with my strange habbits and a constant obsession with food even though it doesnt interest me!
I have a friend who had the same problem. To me it doesn't sound like you do but rather some sort of OCD. You shouldn't feel ashamed but if you are worried you could always talk to someone who understands what you are going through. Hope this helps.
