does anyone know what this can be

i all of a sudden started feeling wierd an likje detached drom my body an scared i didnt even want to wake up ive been so scared like i was high im 42 and i feel wierd like nervous if i was in store felt like i was talking but not feeling it i quess someone said it sounds like anxiety panic disorder i went to a counselor he said it sounds like that but try to deal with the worst part is i cant explain i get like a wierd feeling in throat like a pit an nawwing sad feeling an then it makes me angry i just cant dully explain i dont feel normal again  i sleep all the time i gained like 45lbs im so scared the last 2 days ive felt better but my throat there an worse what can it b can anyone help im desperate an scared an just want to feel normal again i got diagnosed with  copd  im trying to not stress myself anymore i quitt smoking finally al though too late damage done but this out of body experience is scary an now thias thing with throat an noone seems to understand AN IM SCARED TO EVEN TELL ANYONE

I would go to another counselor, who will give you a full assessment and therapy, as well as recommend you to a psychiatrist if medication seems indicated. I'm not sure what happened when you went to the first counselor, but it sounds like you didn't get the help you need. Hang in there, with therapy and perhaps some medication this symptoms can be treated, but it might take some time and you WILL have to be completely open and honest with the person you see or they can't help.
