Hello and welcome. Rice should not be consumed raw as this can lead to problems of indigestion. It can cause abdominal bloating and discomfort. Soaking rice for several hours before cooking enhances its nutritional value. Soaking rice increases the fiber content and amino acid content of rice. Another possibility is that you are having anemia as anemia can lead to perversion of appetite and cause craving for eating uncooked rice. Get your hemoglobin checked.
