how do you know?

Can someone please tell me how you know whether or not you have an eating disorder. I like to think I don't but at the same time I think I do and if I do I really want to get it corrected. I'm 20 years old 5'7" and I am overweight. I have very irregular eating patterns, sometimes I'll even go a day or so without eating. Other times I eat constantly during the day. I guess I never really ate regularly since I was always overweight but I lost some weight (a completely healthy way, weight watchers, exercise, and diet) and since then I can't lose anymore. I also don't really have desires to eat I just eat because I get bored or because everyone else is eating. Is this an eating disorder?

you'd really have to talk about it with a trained professional. Eating disorders can be very tricky and it's best to consult a professional with information, experience and knowledge.
