i feel sooo lost and sooo alone!

i havent been on here for a good while only cus ive been sooo crappy!

ive gone from hardly eatin, was managin one meal every 3 to 4 days to now eatin too much then feelin guilty and tryin to starve b! ut then feel too crappy about everythin goin on id jus pig out although not probably and not beth in sick. i look at meself in disgust, im sooo down and hate the thought of gettin dressed every mornin.. i walk i feel like i can feel all my fat wobble and wat i shouldnt hav done was weight meself the other day - hittin the scale at 12st 6lb with a height of 5ft 7.5inch.. cant beleive im about to post that!

ive been to the docs but its like cus im not underweight they dont take me serious and ive tried to make a nurses appointment but she didnt really say much last time! i havent got the balls to go again as the way i was made to feel after how hard it was to go in the first place. ive stopped talkin to my fella , well actually everyone bout things too and its takin its toll - especaill on me and me fella - he doesnt understand and ive tried to explain but hes like jus eat etc..

ive no idea wat to do, where to turn or anythin. i feel so alone. scared that im guna be in this circle forever...
