laxatives

ive bee battling an eating disorder for almost a decade now, but for the past few yrs ive been on-off recovering. some days i feel good. some days i feel bad, as my old psycharist used to say --- it will be a long battle, take each day at a time. But moving overseas to be living with my parents --- they have cut me off my meds, docs and all help. Maybe its a way of them coping that such illness or any sort of mental illness doesnt happen in the family. what u dnt talk about doesnt exist maybe? i dont know. but i know im getting better since im not suicidal anymore.
but having my ED for so many yrs have left me with a history of laxative abuse which im reminded everyday. ive tried to limit my laxatives or stop completely. but its onl resulted in weeks of stomach pains and constipation. Ive tried drinking liters of water. ive tried a high fiber diet, but nthin seems to help.. then i end up downing 80 or so laxatives to help get my bowels moving again. its horrible. ive tried deducting my tablets one each day to see if i can slowly recover.. ive tried eating less for that matter and drinking more high calorie drinks, smoothies, icecream, yogurt, porridge instead (hoping that i wont lose weight, or become malnutritioned in the process of eating less solids) but still ive only managed to come down to 64 laxatives. its like my bowels stop working there.
there was a time when enemas helped. but not anymore. what should i do? is there anyway to stop this laxative dependence? ive read that smtimes people's bowels are so destroyed their intestines need to be removed and they end up doing their business on their stomach... is that true? please help me.
