loose weight ??

My height is 160 cm and my weight is 58Kg I want to loose 3 Kg but I can not :(

I am taking andrcure 10 mg  and  dian 30 mg for 4 month, and my doctor wants me to take it for next  3 month, my weight did not change, but I want to loose weight.

I am playing sports almost every day, swimming and aerobic please help

You don't mention your diet.  You may find keeping a food diary helpful.
Weight is generally lost when the energy you expend exceeds the energy you take in.
I don't know what effect, if any, the medication has.
