need big help

hi there i am in trouble.. i seem to have a problem in the throat area.. i really notice it alot when i burp.. see the gass seems to build like a bubble until i release it but as it builds my throat feels tight and gets tighter. is this normal.. now when i don't have to burp than i feels like i have no feeling when i swallow or i also seem to have trouble swallowing saliva. can someone help me please

i have done so.. but they can't seem to fine the problem .. done blood test , swab,, chest xray.. i he says there nothing there the throat does not look arrateied
