no sleeping or eating

Im serioulsy worried about my boyfriend , over a month ago he was seriously injured in a fight he had a operation but i wasnt anywer near his organs. ever since he hasnt been able to eat without being sick , im extremely worried i make him eat but i dnt know if its making it better or worse .also the last 3 days hes lost 1 stone and hasnt slept , he trys but he cant , i make him eat but he just vomits it back up . he went to the doctors and they sed he had a problem with his kidneys but it would heal and thats y he was pucking up blood and having smotach pains. Hes losing weight dramaticly and i think theirs something seriously wrong but he wont go to the doctors , he believe that he is fine but he's far from .do you know what could be wrong and if he's in danger ?

...My husband was throwing up blood too. I got HIM to the ER in the nick of time. They said,three more hours and he would have been dead. Not to scare you,but take this very seriously. You and he will be glad you did. Good luck!

...Could be an ulcer. If I were you I'd get him to the ER ASAP. Check him in. Let them take care of him. You are a very good g/f to help like this,but now,let the doctors take over. I will pray for both of you. Let us know if he's OK!
