now any good coping skills

okay i have not seen my dr in two mouths and i am trying to fight the want to cut but i dont now any other coping skills if you now some i would love to get some advise

Why haven't you been seeing your doc?  Maybe you could call him/her.  In the meantime, what has helped me to resist the urges is:  journaling...getting out the feelings in words or painting to get out the feelings with color....doesn't have to be a picture, just hard dark red lines all over the paper.  Sometimes I'll hit a pillow over and over and scream into it if I can't scream out loud.  Also, I try to get out of the house. I go walk outside, I go to the mall and window shop, I go to the bookstore and read...I just get out.  Sometimes i resist just because I realize that I don't want or need anymore hurt.  I don't want the scars.  I don't want the damage.

Keep fighting it.  the longer you can go without doing it the easier it usually gets.  if it get too bad call a crisis line and just talk to them.  they don't know so you can tell them anything.  I wish you the best
