person stuck in my head

hallo.

Sorry for bad english, its not my language.
I have hocd (I hope), but the last time I stuck a female person in my head. And I can not be resolved. Constantly there and it makes me nervous, because then I ask myself, why is this and why that person, whether I am gay when I have a woman in the head. and my brain tells me that all I want.

I have a boyfriend, and I want to be with him always, but my stupid mind tells me that this disgusting female person what I want. BUT I DO NOT WANT TO !!!!! I do not want these thoughts and I do not want THIS woman in MY HEAD !!!!! But my mind says that I want. I have been a lot of everything, and I will go crazy !!!!! I just want that the person disappear from my head forever!

DID YOU EVER HAD THIS CASE. I've never heard of this. Whether this is pure O?

This is called an obsession and it can be treated with psychotherapy and/ or medication. It does not mean what it appears to mean, it means something else, and  learning what it really means is the cure.

A person wrote about their experience of it here recently.  You may like to try scrolling down a few posts for their questions and the doctor's responses.

A good place to start would be to see a psychiatrist, if you haven't already, and then to follow that up with psychotherapy.  This can be worked through.
