I can confirm the exact cause only after a thorough medical history and clinical examination. These symptoms can be due to various causes. Any infection, gingivitis, pharyngitis, thrush, mouth or throat ulcers, inflammation of the esophagus,GERD can lead to burning and pain while swallowing. Avoid eating spicy fried foods. Take some over the counter antacid for relief. If you have any throat problem consult an ENT surgeon. If the symptoms persist you may need evaluation and investigations like complete blood count, esophagogastroduodenoscopy etc. Treatment involves treating the cause and symptomatic treatment. I hope it helps.
Best of luck and regards!
