to add a bit more...

You never allowed your metabolism to repair itself. In order to fix both the internal AND external damage done by an Eating Disorder, one must reach a healthy weight and maitain it. Believe it or not, it takes MORE calories to make it so your body will be more efficient. Extra calories will help your body to regulate its metabolism and even clarify your mentality.

Most Eating Disorder patients find that they require 3000 calories for complete restoration to occur. Since you have been at such a low intake for so long, it's going to be neccessary to reach this number through small additions. Try to add 200 calories to your current intake every three days. DONNOT WEIGH YOURSELF FOR THE FIRST TWO WEEKS! If you have to get weighed at the doctor's office, ask to be weighed backwards. The first two weeks are going to consist of some fluid changes, which can show false weights. Thus, it's important you just focus on getting your intake where it needs to be during this time.

Furthermore, you are in an extremely dangerous situation. This isn't a matter of "just ten more pounds", Eating Disorders are a matter of life or death. You need medical guidance during this time to monitor your vitals. Please, seek further help. You CAN do this.
