to increase appetite

in the morning i dont feel hungry, si i wanted to knoe hoe to increase my appetite in the morning so that i can have a healthy breakfast

Start lightly - this is something you absolutely need to do. A breakfast is the foundation of appetite throughout the entire day.

A healthy breakfast includes grain (for an even distribution of glucose and insulin the next 3-4 hours). Something else you could do is to eat a fruit, eat a yoghurt, and drink a glass of orange juice/apple juice or hot tea.

Colors wake up an appetite, so experiment some there. Cucumbers, oranges, grapes, tomatoes - it all comes down to you.

Food can be a worst enemy or a best friend. A good friend is one we get by trust, right? Start out in the small. You can see it as breaking the night's lent - or "break the fast".
