I'm going through something like that, but not an eating disorderAdjustment disorder Anorexia nervosa Asperger syndrome Autism Autoimmune disorders Bipolar disorder Bipolar disorder Bleeding disorders Borderline personality disorder Bulimia Chronic motor tic disorder - many things can cause lack of hunger, I'm having kidney, thyroid issues and anemia issues and I force, and I mean really force myself to eat, ugh. I do have fruit juice popsicles that I have bought in quantity, so at least I'm getting some sugar and vit C in my system. I'm also stomaching yoghurt, so that's in my small food group that doesn't turn me off. I have absolutely no appetite. Seriously, there are a ton of things that cause this. I would be careful about self-diagnosis. It's usually something more mundane the CFS and immunological issues. Go to your doctor and get a full work up done, I would really doubt you've got an ED until you are sure you've ruled everything else out. As bland as everything tastes and how greenGreen tea it makes you feel , you are going to have to force yourself to eat.
I felt the same way when my eating disorderAdjustment disorder Anorexia nervosa Asperger syndrome Autism Autoimmune disorders Bipolar disorder Bipolar disorder Bleeding disorders Borderline personality disorder Bulimia Chronic motor tic disorder was it ot worst. Since I was always riddingmy body of the food my stomach shrank so much and was so not used to food that i just couldnt eat. You really just have to train your stomach. Try eating very little every 2 hours. Like, a few bites or a 4oz yofurt, and then 2 hours later a small fruit or a few crackers, and do that alternating. Eventually you will be able to eat a little more. Trust me I know its damn hard. It took me months to be able to get a handle on my eating. I still get full easily but Ive been able to gain a fw pounds. Unfortunatlry my eating disorder is starting to come back, I'm trying to fight it because i was miserable when I was like that. Starving and nauseas at the same time. Stress causes this too...it just makes food sickening to think of.
