Hello doctor,
I wanted to know what I can do to help with my emotional eatting habit? I've been prescribed anti-depressants, but recently (3mos.) stop taking the medicine due to to many side affects! I suffer from depression/anxiety. When I become stressed, eomotional,or even sexually frusrated I notice I will eat back to back. What can I do?

I can only recommend my website..www.shrinkyourself.com.  It is the only one dedicated to emotional eating that actually takes you through the cure, step by step.  It helps you deal with your anxiety and depression without medication or food.and that is the key..
