OK I NEED TO LOSE 100 POUNDS BUT EVERY DIET I USE IT ENDS UP FAILING OR CAN'T GET TO MY GOAL SOOO SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME

Your diets fail because of stress/emotional eating. That's what you have to learn to stop, it's the only way for you. You can learn how to do that on my website, www.shrinkyourself.com, or search for other sites on the web, or work with a therapist in your community.

hi i'm not a doctor and i never have been big so i dont really know how it feels and i'm sure its hard. but the way i look at it is that when you do all these diets and stuff it makes you fustrated and you get sick of it but i'm very that if you just ate healthy foods and took a daily vitamin and just exercised regularly like try to start off with maybe power walking of slow joging and work your way up try to avoid lifting weights though because they wont really do much at first just work your way ther and eat smaller portions of food i hope you are find a way to help you lose your weight i'm sure you will and you will look great GOOD LUCK just dont give up k.

Hi......  loosing weight, well, it just sucks!  I hate it.  So, I understand your question about being possible to loose 50 lbs.

I used to weigh 150, and lifted weights about 4 days a week, then I had a baby, and I gained 70 lbs.

I´m now only down to 165, but I too really want to loose weight.  

So, I guess what I´m saying is.... you really have to want it, because the first 50 or so lbs I wanted it, and now, well, I just want it but not bad enought to end my eating.

I say it´s kind of like quitting smoking.  I haven´t smoked in almost a year, and well, if I had the same mentality about loosing weight, I would have already been back to 150

Good Luck, and only loose it if you want to.  I think a size 12 is fine.  I´m sure you look good :)

I am not overweight but I could get there very quickly! I have been emotionally eating due to a devastating breakup that has left me desperately depressed and anxious, etc...once I start with a bit sugar, be it a lil candy or whip cream (whatever)  lately it has been a setup for a spiral of defeat.  I have started ALLI, which is over the counter diet-aid...it's really for the obese....one is not supposed to eat a lot of fat or else suffer the embarassing consequence of diarreah...which has never happend to me probably because I'm used to not eating a lot of fat (sugar & carbs are my thing)
I have also been relying on my faith which keeps me afloat..talking to God (as if He were right in front of me)   .....hope it helps
