About three years ago I lost 7 stone.  It wasn't easy and I have put a lot back on.  I am now trying to lose it again, but finding it almost impossible.  Why?

The stresses that are now turning into hunger are different than the stresses three years ago...you have to deal with all the sources of stress in order to manage your weight...have you tried learning the techniques to do that?
