why does everone go on about losing wieght ...i have ibs and its byn yearsssssssss since i can remeba i havent gained weight or lost weight why is that i reli want to gain wiegth but its so impossible...im only 6'5 stones for a 20 year old girl ..please help me sumhow to gain it...

I don;t know what to tell you because to gain weight I would first have to understand your metabolism and your eating habits. If you really want to lose weight you have to eat more calories than you expend each day...that;s the only way.

i do have a  very high metabolism and i do have ibs...which i ahve found out recently so due to that i can onli eat small portions of food ...i have my breakfast and eat during teh day and most tyms eat in evening ,,i used to eat junk but hav calmed down..and i want to gain wiegth not lose it ...but it so impossible iv tried eating healty still dutn work??
