My height is 160 cm and my weight is 58Kg I want to loose 3 Kg but I can not :(
I am taking andrcure 10 mg and dian 30 mg for 4 month, and my doctor wants me to take it for next 3 month, my weight did not change, but I want to loose weight.
I am playing sports almost every day, swimming and aerobic please help

the only way to lose weight is to eat less, so if you are having trouble you are an emotional eating, feeling compelled to eat more than you really need...see my website at shrinkyourself.com for more information and some real help in a 12 week program.
Weight is generally lost when the energy you expend exceeds the energy you take in.
I don't know what effect, if any, the medication has.
