i keep getting moment when i burst in to tears, i have no idea why i'm crying, i then end up getting angry. i cry for hours on end. why does it happen? is there any way i can try and stop it from happeneing or sorting it out by myself as i find it hard to talk to people?

There is no simple way to stop crying when you don't know why you are crying. It is very hard to figure it out by yourself so you should find someone you trust that you can talk to and just by saying things a loud you will begin to discover what's at the source of all of this. You could talk to a clergymen or a friend or relative or professional.
