would lap band be helpful?

I'm an emotional eater.... eating when I'm not hungry.  I'm considering lap band surgery, do you think that would help me to lose weight or would be a waste of money?

I believe that you should consider this only as a last resort....go to my website and sign up for the 12 week program...that usually works, and if so, a lot cheaper and no danger. In fact, you would still have to deal with emotional eating after lapband surgery, so might as well do it before, and prevent the surgery...www. shrinkyourself.com
