Adenomiosis treatment by focused ultrasound-any reviews?

Hi, I've been diagnosed with Adenomiosis and Endomitriosos (double the fun) in my lap 4 months ago. The lap of course was only partly succesful, as i'm diagnosed with Adenomiosis. and not using birth control or other hormonal treatment at the moment due to many side affects. I've heard about a treatment called MRI guided focused ultrasound (http://www.myoma.co.uk/Adenomyosis.html)
Did anyone try this method or heard if it's efficient? I'm suffering so bad for too long
Thank you!

I have asked around and only one person knows about this method and she said there is only one doctor that is actually using this method.
