Advice please!?

I hope someone can help me. I had laparoscopic surgery in November of 2012. They said I had a lot of scar tissue and my ovaries was tied back. Afterwards the pain during my period eased, sex didn't hurt, normal periods minus a day or two. No more pain all month long. Skip forward to now, pain has came back, not as bad though. I am not in any birthcontrol because as of January we started trying for a baby. I had a period in January, skipped February and had one March 1-5. Negative pregnancy tests. So March 11,12,13 I had spotting pink/red. Panty liner done the trick. I also had dizziness, stomach cramps, diaherrea (sorry) and just felt so tired/blah. I chalked that up to maybe a touch of a stomach virus. Monday the 16th I wiped and there was a little blood but that was it and all week long I've been cramping in my ovaries and just been tired. Then 3-19-15 more redish pink spotting, cramping, backache, headache, just wanted to leave work and go home and lay down. When I woke up this morning I was bleeding more, Red. I have used a a couple of tampons today but cramping bad. Has anyone else been through this? Before my surgery I had spotting but it was always brown or black. Thanks for any advice you can give!

With your history of scar tissue and the fact your not using birth control you need to rule out an ectopic pregnancy asap. You can still bleed with this. I know I did. Hope your ok

I think you truly need a specialist...they can help you by cutting the disease out, preserving your organs and helping you get pregnant...my organs were all glued together 3 times...before I got to the specialists...unfortunately the "non-specialist" removed my female organs over a decade ago so no baby for me, but had I been referred to a specialist I would have been able to keep my organs and lose the disease... I have seen women with deeply infiltrated endometriosis like mine in the hands of a true specialist go on to have the endo excised and they become pregnant after that...so please if you want that baby...don't let a non-specialist kill your dream like they did mine...get to a specialist and have that precious baby! You are worth whatever it takes to beat this disease!
