After laparoscopy for endometriosis

I'm starting to worry because I can't find any websites or forums that mention this symptom. I got a laparoscopy done 4 days ago and my doctor took care of some endometriosis that I had. Now, along with other symptoms (gas, constipation, bloating) I am having a sore and inflamed vagina. I'm not sure why my vagina would be different and its concerning me. Could I have an infection? Did they do something to it? Please let me know if anyone has experienced this before and why.

It is very possible you have an infection. I would go to your family doctor to rule it out. You can always called the surgeons office as well and let them know your symptoms and maybe the doctor who did the surgery could let you know what is done.

I also think one of the tools go in vaginally not sure which one it is but I had severe vaginal pain after one surgery and I was told by the nurse that when removing the tool they nicked my uterus on the way out. It hurt for a couple of days if not a week.
