Deciding on surgery?!

In January of this year I started having VERY painful sex. It is a terrible pain. I also have painful bowel movements almost all of the time. Either I'm having diarrhea or constipation. I feel nauseous almost always. My doctor has tried multiple things to ease the pain. The last resort for me now is laparoscopy. I would hate to have surgery and it turns out this isn't what I have. Does anybody else have these symptoms? I need to decide on this in the next few days.

It does sound a lot about endo. If you do have a surgery I would suggest having it with an endo specialist.
