Does this sound like Endo?

Hi everyone, I am posting here in hopes to get some insight as to what I may be experiencing.  I have my first gyno appointment in a week and am hoping for some answers.  I have spent 3 years getting the run around from family doctors and GI specialists and they all think this is just due to my anxiety, but I just can't agree with them. this is too much for anxiety I think.

I have a three year history of pain and symptoms, abdominal pain (stabbing, cramping, nausea, heartburn, bloating..pretty much daily) When those symptoms began, I also noticed that sex became very uncomfortable for me.  I don't know if this is a TMI, but when my BF enters me it feels like a painful stretching and "raw" feeling on the walls of my vagina. These symptoms have never went away. Around this time my ovulation became painful every single month and my period cramps got twice as strong as they used to be. Never able to be rid of them but only take the edge off with pain medication and heating pads or warm baths.

Now, more recently, for the last three months I have been having very painful gas. I know, tmi again. But I mean, so painful.  It has been every evening without fail for the last three months straight. I have played with my diet yet again (i have done this often over the last three years) but nothing ever seems to change.  I also have a literal pain in my butt. It often feels heavy, like I need to use the bathroom, but then I don't have to.

This last month my period was the heaviest it has ever been.  I even had to use depends over night and even changed those a few times.  The day after my period stopped I had a pain in my right hip that lasted for a week. It was constant during this time and I never didn't feel it.  I also began to have mild headaches every day and my appetite is insatiable. I wake up all night starving and dizzy.  I began ovulating four days ago and on the first day there was blood in my stool and lining the toilet when I had a bowel movement.  This would probably be a good time to mention that my bowel movements for a few months have caused me great pelvic pain every single time. I dread them.  Since four days ago when I began ovulating, I have not only had my usual ovulation pain but also a great deal of back pain and upper abdominal cramping. So much that I can't sleep at night.

So, does anybody else feel like this or have you felt like this? I do not have insurance so every visit I have is going to cost me a fortune and I want to make sure that I get every penny worth out of my visits.

Honestly, it sounds like you have pretty much majority of the endo symptoms. I could be wrong maybe something else is causing all of this, but it does very much sound like endo. My best advice is to find an endometriosis specialist in your area. You will save a lot in the long run to see one, rather than just a regular GYN. From my experience, gyn's don't know much about endo, and its symptoms. Many are very dismissive of it. But if you know an excellent gyn, then definitely go see them. You have to find answers for all your symptoms.

I agree with the poster above about the endo specialist.

The vaginal wall raw pain that you are describing I have had since I was like 13. I had rectovaginal endo and recurrence and I thought that might be why but the pain has never gone away and I am not sure what it is that causes that.
