Endo pain after lap

Hi. I had a lap 5 days ago and they found 4 endo legions which were removed.  About 2 days later my endo pain started up again and have been getting more painful. Its not the time of the month that I usually get pain. Is this just the area around the legions healing or has it just not gone away? Any ideas?  Thanks x

That is very normal to feel for sure this short time after surgery.

I would suggest looking for an Endo specialist however.

They were lasered off. I hope it's just it healing inside. Just worried that it feels like normal endo pain. Thanks x

Five days is definitely not enough time to heal. Even if he outside is healed inside still needs time. Don't rush the process.

Do you know if your Endo was excised or ablation? This makes a huge difference. Excision cuts the disease out from the root and ablation for the most part only gets the surface of the disease.

When you go for the follow up make sure you ask for a copy of your surgical report.
