Endo taking over

Has anyone else had endo spread to any other organs other then their reproductive organs?  I feel like it has spread to my bowel at this point, when I get my period *if/when I get it*  I bleed rectally as well.  I know endo DOES have the potential to spread but I was wondering if anyone else has this problem or if it is just me!?  It will be confirmed or not when I have my lap. soon but for right now I just need to know if anyone else has experienced this.

I have normal bowel movements but I get severe abdominal pain as if I can feel it moving through my intestines.  The pain with my bm's wakes me out of a dead sleep, I've had to bite on towels while crying to be able just to finish going.  It isn't all of time, but when it happens it is undeniably the worst pain ever.

I've had it on my bladder and colon as well, that they've been able to find.  The adhesion on my colon has my right ovary stuck to the colon.  As far as I know it's not causing me any problems, though, lately I've had some pain with bowel movements.  I'm gonna check into that and see if it's because that adhesion has gotten worse.
