Endometrios with endometrium lining appears normal

I am a stage iv endo patient for almost 10 years, ttc for 8 years, 3 laparascopic surgery to remove endometrioma tissues and enlarged chocolate cyst on both sides of the ovaries. I've done 3 ivf with no success. As I've been struggling with severe pain for years, I now change to homeopathy.
I took homeopathic treatment for 3 months and to my surprise, the tvs report shows Endometrial lining appears normal measures 5.4 mm.
Both ovaries appears cystic. 3 months before they are enlarged and shows multiple cyst.
My question is: do endo patients have a normal endometrial lining with cystic ovaries? Can I still conceive?
As uptil now, I haven't had my periods and we had sexual intercourse exactly on the 10th day which is my ovulation day.

I actually did not even start noticing the pain until after my second child.  I had the heavy, long periods before I ever got pregnant but that was it.  After I had my daughter I was in a lot of pain and that is when I had an u/s, laparoscopy and was diagnosed with endometriosis.

Thanks for your quick response. Does it mean that my endo stage has come down?. I know that endo can grow and the symptoms will be worse if left untreated and if not pregnant. You were lucky that you conceive at stage 1.
Do you have any endo symptoms after delivery? I heard that pg can cure endo and it can also attack again. Is this true?

I don't know if all women with endp have norma lining and cystic ovaries, but I do.  I have been having a lot of issues with cysts on my ovaries and they can be very painful.  I have stage I Endo and was able to conceive.  I do know that endo can affect some women's ability to conceive though.
