I was just diagnosed last week after a lap, but I had symptoms for 20 plus years.  I felt great when pregnant, nursing and then it all came back when my daughter was a year old

I didn't even know I had endo until after my second baby.  Once I knew, I had an explanation for the irregular periods, chills when I had cramps, cervical pain during pregnancy, random lightheadedness/weakness, etc.  But none of that bothered me.  It was when my hormones returned after weaning my baby that the insanely painful periods happened and I knew something was wrong.

Hi,
Although endometriosis can lead to infertility, it is not true the other way round. Hence women with children can have endometriosis. Hence if you have any symptoms which suggest endometriosis, then you should consult a gynaecologist for an evaluation. Hope this helps.
Take care.
