Exercising with endo

I'm on many medications to combat my chronic pain, but the medication caused me to lose all my muscle mass. I've yet to find a way to exercise without being in crippling pain. Anybody have a mild routine to help lose fat/build muscle/stay fit without being in too much pain?

you are most welcome and if you have any questions I did a teachers training trying to help me with my pain in both pelvic floor yoga and chronic pain...so if you have a yoga question ... if something doesn't feel good or right...it can always be modified or a different pose that is more appropriate! Just take it slow and don't over do it! If you do yoga and notice you are holding your breath or clenching your jaw in the pose then you are going to far to fast...it's a gentle slow progression and you will be amazed at the results!

My favorite exercise has been yoga and I adjust my practice according to my pain levels on any given day!

If it's a really bad day I will do yin or restorative and if it's a good day I do more of a hatha flow class...you can find live streams on your computer for free...I have been practicing yoga for about 15 years now...and it helps so much! Doesn't cure...but helps and is great for building muscle mass!
