Extremely Irregular Period and Pain, is this normal?

I have been having a very irregular period with very intense pains. I am having thick clots that are green, black, and a dark red. A couple weeks ago I bled for about a day then I stopped. About two days ago my period started and I've been on it since. My last normal period was the first week of December. I have a feeling of discomfort in my abdomen, it does not hurt, but it feels funny. Like I can feel what's inside of me. I have endometriosis, but I no longer take birth control for it. I also have the sensation of having to urinate all the time, but I usually don't actually have to go. I was wondering if any of this is normal?
