that's sweet that you are concerned so much about your girlfriend.
Yes it is possible for her to have kids, when she has endo.
Sometimes though it can be harder for a woman to get pregnant with endometriosis. it depends on the severity of the endo. For every women it's different.
she would have to talk to her dr. to see how severe it is, & if she can get pregnant on her own. so the sooner she talks to her dr. the better, about getting pregnant.

I'm 27 yrs old, I was diagnosed with endo when I was 24 yrs old. it's caused my left tube to be dilated. I get recurrent ovarian cysts, this has caused  damage to my ovary.
I went through IVF to try & get pregnant, which hasn't worked.
I thought both of my tubes were blocked, According to my 1st HSG test (that's to check the tubes for blockage). I had a 2nd test done, & my right tube is open. so now I'm going to try on my own to have a baby, if it's possible.

My husband too, wanted to have kids so much. Then we found out I had endometriosis with a laparoscopy. I never knew I had endo until after I got married, which is so sad. My case is pretty severe & it's done quite a bit of damage. So My husband & I are really hoping that I am able to have a baby on my own. I might need some help though.

But... it would be a really good idea if you & your girlfriend wanna have kids on your own, to get help now- in case it causes any sort of problems.

I was diagnosed with stage IV endo which is one of the most severe. i have a child.  Every case is different. You will never know until you try. If you love her than it shouldnt matter.  There are many things that can be done if you end up having trouble having one, but to worry about it now is useless because everyone with endo is different.
