i was blessed with a beautiful daughter while i had endo. we had given up after trying for 8 1/2 years, adopted a son and 7 months later i got pregnant. it is possible, but so very difficult. i had laproscopy, male hormones to dry it up and then clomid. quit it all, adopted infant son, and got pregnant. i can tell you that adoption is a wonderful alternative. there is no difference in the love i feel, and it was sure a lot easier on my body than childbirth!!!

how can u get kids with this
I usually have the hsg test done after the lap - that way if any scar tissue starts to form it has a chance to get flushed out... :) Good luck!!! If any of you have any q's or just want to talk etc. Just pm me :)
I am 28 years old my husband and have been trying to concieve for 6 years now, I have been through it all, the last set of treatments I had with end with a positive test but it was ectopic. I am now seeing a new doctor and he said thathe can do an hsg test to see how my tubes are or I can do the laparoscopy too. I would like to know which would be best to do first I have PCOS and Endo and this is starting to really depress me with all the procedues and meds, not to mention the negative test. I am a little scared of the laparoscopy but I am thinking that it might be the best way to go or maybe both, please let me know what yall think it would help a lot thank you

First, let me say I'm sorry you have to deal with endo.... i've been dealing with it for a long time and seriously, it *****. I have had 4 laparoscopies done each time to remove endo. I had my 3rd lap done in March of 2006 and got pregnant in April with the help on an RE (reproductive endocrinologist) doing IUI (intrauterine insemination) no drugs or anything. We had him in Dec, 2006. We've now been TTC since May 2007 with not much luck. In Sept. we went back to the RE and I was put on Clomid. No success. Had a lap done in Jan. 2008 and got a positive test in April - ended in early miscarriage :( so, it really just depends.... I know its not much help but there is hope. I do however, suggest you see an RE and even if you haven't been trying for a year (you can always lie about that), just tell them you also have endo and are concerned about waiting to have children. But all in all, endo can really put a damper on things in the reproductive sense. When I was 19 I was told to "Find Mr. Wonderful, have your babies and be done." - Not kidding. Thank God I had already found my husband. But if your ready for kids, don't wait.... If you have any Q's or just want to talk about anything, just send me a message :)
Good Luck and keep me posted!!
Hugs :)
