Hot Flashes from Lupron

Does anyone else notice their hot flashes are worse in the winter? Last fall when I started Lupron I had terrible hot flashes all winter but summer I didn't notice them too much. Now that it's winter again (I'm in Canada btw) they are worse than ever! Any tips?

Are you taking any add back therapy to counteract the Lupron side effects?

That does help if you are not.

I have to say even with this add back this time around I have had a number of side effects but I didnt this first time.

Yes, I do observe hot flushes getting worse now but This is my second month on Lupron. I tried making diet changes by drinking lots of water and fruits. Seems to be helping a bit but not much in the night.

Oh great! Lol first winter on it and my hot flashes are horrible!!
