How long After Laparoscopy will my pain go away so I can have sex?

How long after surgery does it take to feel no pain during sex?I know everyone is different but how long should I wait before I am able to please my man and myself.... I had a laparoscopy 2 weeks to date. and I am still sore inside. Anyone know?

This is a good question. I had a lap, but also had ablation and D&C so I was possibly more restricted. I was released for sex at about 4 weeks, but didn't actually try until 5 weeks and I did get a few twinges of pain. Didn't really care though and certainly not enough to stop what I was doing. I was twingy for a few days after though, but nothing that I even wanted to take a tylenol for. Just like moving muscles that haven't been used in a while. LOL. I would say that 2 weeks is too early. I would not have wanted to try that early. My advice is to get cleared by your doc, find a position that is most comfy for you and go carefully. I tell you, it really helped improve my mood! The psychological aspect must be considered. It was worth it!
