I'm ok after surgery. This can't be normal

I had laproscopic surgery to remove a 10 inch Endometrioma on 12/8. I was fine the first day just sleepy and nauseated from the Anesthesia. Had to pee alot and tht hurt, i think from the Catheter. That later subsided. I prepped myself the best I could. Meds, Snacks, pillows and heating pads handy.  Stomach was a little sore the second day. I tried to relax and rest but because I felt ok I got up and started doing things. And have been ever since. There is a sharp pain I feel in my neck when I breath or lay a certain way. Not sure wht tht is. Could be the left over gas. Feels more like a pulled muscle. But over all I didn't feel nearly as bad as I thought I would. I'm greatful for that. It's day 4 and I plan on going bk to work Monday. I am a CNA and do a little physical work with my client. I really hope I am healing properly with me moving around so much after surgery. I've been taking it easy tho but I feel well enough to get things done. Has anyone had a good after surgery experience? I've read so many bad ones. I really hope this is the only one I'll need. I was told I have Endo not sure what stage. Good luck to you all!

It could be the healing process. It takes about a month to recover. I would give it a couple of more weeks to see if things change.

My follow up appt is next week. I am now experiencing periodic sharp pains in my abdomen. Not sure if it's surgery related or endo pain. My lower back is bothering too. I was hoping that would have went away after the surgery but it didn't. They said the cyst was causing the pain, well it's gone I hope it hasn't made permanent damage to my bk. I am pretty good though other than that. Thank u!

If in doubt go to the hospital. It could just be a coincidence but you don't want to take a chance since it wasn't that long ago you had surgery. I know you posted this on the 12th and sorry I am getting back to you right now but the notifications are not working and I don't get the email that someone has posted so I hope things have gotten better for you since you wrote this last post.
