Is this Endometeriosis ?

Hi ,
I'm normally regular when it comes to my cycle . I'm due for my cycle on the 15th of each month and when it didn't come . I took 3 pregnancy and all were negative so I just canceled out the fact I'm not pregnant . However , prior to my cycle not  coming I had sexual intercourse and I noticed three days later I had spotting that only lasted a few hours . Then last week I experienced light spotting again and only for a few hours then again yesterday . I have had a few times where I have felt like I was on my cycle with cramping and etc . Yesterday I had light cramping . Any suggestions ? Could this be endometriosis ?

No. Cycles fluctuate. Sometimes you will be regular, and sometimes you wont. It is very unlikely that your pregnant because tests have become very accurate in the last few years, but your symptoms are much more likely to be pregnant. Endometriosis is usually characterized by pain and heavy, painful periods. And some people have pain at different times or all through their cycle, Sometimes women who have been regular for years randomly completely miss their periods for no reason at all.

I suggest going to your Doctor for a blood pregnancy test. and wait 3 days between testing.to make sure the hcg levels are high enough. Also first morning urine contains the highest amount of Hcg.  but blood is the most accurate.

If your still not pregnant...  It was probably just an off month.

I'm not a doctor so I can't officially say yes or no, but it doesn't really sound like it. Are you testing in the morning with first morning urine? That's when the pregnancy hormone (HCG) is at it's greatest level. I suggest calling your GYN's office and request a blood HCG test - that will give you a definitive yes or no as to whether or not you are pregnant. Sometimes the HCG in your system isn't enough to be detected in a home pregnancy test. Good Luck!
